Midlands Community College Play Learn Talk Programme Asessment

The Midlands Community College’s programme operates in the communities of Bruntville and Mpophomeni in the rural KZN Midlands. ELOM HLE is being used regularly to monitor the programme.

The Play Learn Talk programme is aimed at caregivers within communities the MCC have been working with since 2014.
It is targeted at parents or caregivers of a child who is aged between 3- 5 years. Priority is given to children who do not attend early learning programmes.
