General
The time of delivery will be dependent on stock availability. In general, rental orders have a two-week lead time. Please plan the timing of your fieldwork accordingly.
Should stock be available, orders will be dispatched within two working days of the payment being validated/received. A longer time will be needed for large orders.
DataDrive2030 will contact you directly with a delivery time estimate if the product is unavailable.
Every effort is made to get your order on time; however, unforeseen events may cause delays, such as courier companies having logistical problems. Should we be faced with such an occurrence, DataDrive2030 will contact you directly with a revised delivery schedule.
All orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following business day. Public holidays will also be taken into effect, and orders will be finalised thereafter.

Shipping
Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset. The title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. We take no responsibility for orders that have incorrect information.
Shipping to high-risk zones may be delayed, and suitable delivery times must be arranged by telephone with the courier. Please check if your desired delivery location will be affected by this delay.
Occasionally, packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event occur, every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.
All rentals must be returned within one week of the end of the rental period. For every week (or part thereof) that the products are delivered late, a penalty of R200 and a weekly rental fee at the prevailing rate will be charged.
Order processing
Order processing will begin once we receive a confirmed order and full payment. We can only process the order for EFTs once the funds have cleared in our account (generally within the next 2 – 3 business days).
Export restrictions:
Because of the costs involved in transporting goods over great distances, shoppers outside of South Africa are requested to contact DataDrive2030 via email at users@datadrive2030.co.za. We will discuss your request and do everything possible to accommodate your order.
Refunds/returns Policy
All refunds and returns are processed per the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA) and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).
If, for whatever reason, you decide you no longer want the product you ordered, or if you have ordered the wrong product or the wrong product has been dispatched, please do not open the products/goods or damage them.
Damaged/used products will not be accepted upon return, and no refund will be given. The cost incurred for courier returns that were not a direct fault of DataDrive2030 will be for the customer’s account. All goods carry an implicit warranty of 6 months from the date of purchase.
Please advise us in writing of your cancellation. The person who made the original purchase must sign any such cancellation. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within ten working days. We do not accept returns after 10 working days, and thus, no refund will be given.

By using this website, you understand that any violation of this agreement may result in your being held liable for all legal costs incurred by DataDrive2030, any civil action, or any legal action deemed necessary against you.
Shipment Tracking
Insure your package for safe return and declare the total value of the shipment; failing to do so, any loss or damage will be for your account.

Payment Options and Pricing
All transactions will be processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
DataDrive2030 endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax (VAT) and shipping charges (on the day of shipping).
DataDrive2030 reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
If payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits ownership of any purchased items. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped. Items will stay the property of DataDrive2030 until full payment has been received.
Monitoring
We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the Website. We may investigate any reported violation of these Terms and Conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem appropriate (including but not limited to issuing warnings, suspending, terminating, or attaching conditions to your access and/or removing any materials from the Website).
Law
The Terms and Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.
The seller is not responsible for health or safety concerns once the buyer receives the item. The seller shares no responsibility if any harm is incurred from the items the buyer purchases. The designs and printing on packages remain the property of DataDrive2030 and may not be reproduced or copied.

The Site and its original content are the sole property of DataDrive2030 and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.
Changes to This Agreement

Should I be found to violate this Agreement, I understand that I will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by DataDrive2030 for any civil or legal action deemed necessary against me.
