Are you an operational powerhouse who thrives on building systems that enable impact?
DataDrive2030 is looking for an experienced, strategic, and highly organised Office Operations Unit Lead to join our growing team in Cape Town.
This is not a routine office management role. It is a leadership opportunity to build and strengthen the operational backbone of a social enterprise working to change the life trajectory of young children in South Africa.
Why We Exist
DataDrive2030 is a South African social enterprise focused on impact. We support the collection and use of high-quality data to drive improved outcomes for children in the first six years of life.
For many children in South Africa, early learning experiences reinforce cycles of poverty and inequality. We believe data – when used well – can help close these opportunity gaps.
Our 2030 goals are clear:
-
Decrease the performance gap between young children in the richest and poorest households at the point of school entry
-
Increase the percentage of children who Thrive by Five, setting more children up for success
As a learning organisation, we value rigour, depth, openness, and creativity. We strive for operational excellence because our impact depends on it.
About the Role
This is a senior operational leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
