How-To Guide: Understand the ELOM Standards

The ELOM suite of tools has been carefully developed to provide a fair and accurate way to understand children’s early learning progress. Our direct child assessment tools, the ELOM 4&5 Years and ELOM-R Mathematics and Language (v1) tools, went through a process called standardisation to make sure they work well for children across South Africa. This process ensured that the assessment tools measure what they are supposed to, providing reliable and meaningful results.
