We’re looking for a sharp, strategic, and purpose-driven Marketing and Communications Lead; a role that will shape how critical research influences public understanding and policy.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who knows how to move between strategy and execution, someone who can lead a national conversation around early childhood development, while also managing content, campaigns, and communications systems.
We’re looking for a confident, independent thinker with a strong track record in strategic communications. You’ll need to bring:
- Exceptional storytelling and content development skills
- The ability to translate research and data into public-facing narratives
- Experience engaging media, policymakers, and funders
- A clear, credible, and compelling voice
- Strong instincts for timing, influence, and framing
