ELOM and Thrive by Five Index 2016-2023 Merged Data

This dataset contains data from over 19,000 children and 2,600 early learning programmes across the country.  Tools used to gather data include ELOM 4&5 Assessment Tool, Social-Emotional Rating Scale, Learning Programme Quality Assessment Tool, and the Home Learning Environment Tool. This anonymised dataset includes the ELOM Age Validation 2016, the Early Learning Programme Outcomes 2019, the Thrive by Five Index 2021, and all DataDrive2030 data since 2023.
