DataDrive2030 is recruiting a Fieldwork Support Coordinator to join the First Class Conductors Business Unit. This role serves as the primary operational interface for field teams. This role supports the post-training assessor journey, providing direct, ongoing liaison, mentorship, and technical troubleshooting to ensure field teams are fully supported and equipped for high-quality data collection during fieldwork, in support of SO3. The Fieldwork Support Coordinator is the first point of contact for in-field issues and the technical expert for field team setup.
